I play a club tournament and so far I have had bad results even though I did not played that badly. Usually, one mistake in a time trouble is enough to lose your game. And time trouble is my all time friend. Even i this game, which lasted 19 moves...
Today I played a very nice game agains an opponent I respect for his tactical skills and experience even though he is still very young. I tried to comment about my thoughts during the game and also about how much time I spent and why.
Today I started "Spring Tournament" which one is a regular yearly tournament in our club. I played a young guy, who has ELO "only 1266" but for children it can be a bit misleading and I have hard time to beat this guy. Today I won, but it was not ...
Today it was a very short game. I got a good position with some preassure, but I miscalculated and it was lost almost instantly.
I lost the fourth round again and in the fifth one my opponent cancelled the game after pairings so I did not played and I got a point for nothing. In the sixth round I finally scored and as the fourth game looks the weakest, I'm putting here both...
So after 4 rounds the tournament is in the middle. I'm little bit behind with the analysis, but we will get there.
So I play Prague Open again and here is the first game from today.
This was a game in team play and I did reasonably well.
