2023 ᄃﾚひ乃 Wﾑ尺丂 Championships Round 1 — Prewar
It is now time to start Round 1 of all our championships. Round 1, the Prewar, is not a round that affects the elimination bracket, but it will determine who goes on in case of a draw.
For the Votechess Championships, each club needs to send a challenge to the other club with the following parameters:
- Standard
- 1 Day per move
- Challenging club plays as white
- Name: CWVC23 R1: (White team name) vs (Black team name)
For the Daily Match Championship, Club A must send a challenge to Club B with the following parameters:
- 3 Days per move
- Minimum players: 5
- Start date and time: 10 May at 10:00 MDT (You can use https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
- Rating range:
- Division 1: Maximum 1300
- Division 2: Maximum 1700
- Division 3: No maximum
- Both games played simultaneously
- Title: CWDM23 D[Insert Division number]: (Club A) vs (Club B) R1
When the challenge is accepted, post a link to it here, for it to be added to this announcement.
Challenges must be sent by 30 April. Failure to send the challenge will result in a loss for your club. If a club does not accept the challenge, and the parameters are correct, that club will be considered to have lost.
