2025 British Chess Championships

The 2025 British Chess Championships and supporting events are now underway at St George's Hall and the Holiday Inn Central in Liverpool, with Championship top seeds GMs Nikita Vitiugov, Gawain Maroroa Jones and Michael Adams playing in a top level field of 100 players in the main Championship including numerous GMs and titled players.

Games in the Championship, Major Open and Junior and Senior Championships are being  broadcast from liveboards at St George's Hall with commentary on the Championship from GMs Danny Gormally and Nick Pert.
