An update has been posted in ''The Rules to our Negotiated Tournaments''. It reads as below:

The BYE
The player may ask for a BYE to any round. While a BYE for Round 1-3 is worth 1/2 point, a BYE for Round 4 and 5 is worth 0. Moreover, one can not request more than 2 BYEs at 1/2 point, as the 3rd one will be worth 0. The deadline to ask for a BYE is Monday at 12:00PM New-York Time = 4:00PM UTC/GMT.
