Autumn Grand Prix 2021 Champions
After seven chess tournaments over the course of two months, it came down to the final game! When the dust settled, Owen Scollon was crowned Autumn Grand Prix Champion, edging out Max Trushkov by a half point! And only a half point back from Max, tied for 3rd-4th, were Jonas Carpenter and Caitlin Jackson. And a half point back from them, tied for 5th, were Ethan Bosch and Kylan Peterson! Congratulations to our champions, and kudos to all the students who participated in the intellectual stimulation and brain exercise of Autumn Grand Prix 2021.
Winter Grand Prix 2022 dates are yet to be confirmed, but in the meantime, curl up by the fire with a chess clock and a board, and have yourselves some great holidays and a Happy New Year!
