Club Network

Guys this is an important announce. I am thinking of making a club network.

What is a club network? 

A club network is a collection of clubs which are most of the time partnered.A club network always has a deadline of having a number of clubs and members. Team work is essential for a smooth working of a club or club network. 

Coordinator:

A club network has some coordinators. The coordinators of the major clubs of a club network can get a chance to be a coordinator of a club network. A coordinator's duty is to conduct tournaments and events as per the instructions by the admins and SAs. 

Admins:

The admins of a club network should invite members, create minor announcements and give suggestions to the Super admins. Admins of the major clubs and mostly active SAs of the minor clubs will get a chance to be a admin. Admins should accept or decline a club challenge or partnering but not without the permission of the Super admins.

Super admins:

The super admins has a duty of inviting members,promoting or demoting members, kicking, muting, banning bad and irresponsible member including admins and coordinators. They should also attend at the annual meetings and create major announcements. The SAs of the major clubs and club network admins with the best performances cen get a chance to be a SA. There is no owner for a club network but if there where I (@Utkarsho) should be the owner. If any coordinator,admin,or Super admin is not doing the duties will be demoted unless for acceptable reasons. They should not demote or promote members without reasons. 

Admin (Major) clubs:

In the annual meetings it will be decided which clubs will be the admin that is major clubs. It will be decided in the terms of verified symbols, successful events. However a club should not be estimated in the terms of no. Of members, but only clubs with 19+ members will be allow to be an admin club. 

All members 

They are members that are members of all the clubs in a club network or more than 78% of the clubs. They can give suggestions to the coordinators and admins. Also they have a slightly higher chance of becoming and coordinator or admin.

Annual meetings 

After two months a club network annual meeting in the entire club network takes place. The Admins and SAs are expected to attend these meetings. In these meetings we will decide whom to promote or demote, which clubs to promote or demote, what changes we should do in the rules on logos or about the club network. In these meetings we think if we should change the title of the club network. Nobody should advertise or spam anything in the annual meetings.

Member titles are going to be given. Like for example @fierychallenger will be given the logo designer as he can make very nice animated logos for clubs. 

If any on wishes to make their club a part of the club network, they can contact the Admins or SAs. 

Goals of a club network:

A club network  has a goal of  reaching a particular number of members and clubs. A club network is aimed to promote clubs among players, and give as much benefit as possible to the clubs.

I have not decided the name of our club network yet and will ask about it it in the notes and forums.
