He'll 👋 fellow guys!! I hope many of you read our previous announcement where you got to know what exactly a club network is. If you haven't please check it out. I also posted a forum here named Big 📢!!  Where I gave you the information about how our club network will look like. Also I recommend you to check that forum out if you haven't. So after all the hardworking and data gathering I am very glad to announce that the club network is finally ready. 

Here are some information about it:

Our club network logo selected is this one below

The Name-

Our club network's name/title is International League of United Chess Associations. However the name is written is the club is in a fancy text font and it looks like this

The Voting-

If you are already a part of the club network then on 19th April 2024 there will be a forum for giving candidates for being a admin or coordinator. There will the be forums for the individual candidates and the most votes with the candidate will be our admin and coordinator and that winner will choose the reset of the admins and coordinators and then the SAs will  be in need to approve the promotion and then the voting will finish. However I will be choosing the Super admins and the admin clubs.

Our Organization meeting-

After the voting we will have our Organization meeting. All the elected candidates and selected SAs  need to participate. It will be on the forums or on live chat. Same goes for the annual meetings. 

Emergency meetings-

What I mean by that is when someone thinks that a person has violated our rules then they can ask the SAs or me and then we will make a forum or give the person to make the forum and then we will discuss there about the person's violation over our rules and some of the evidences and proves on it and finally deciding if we will leave the person or mute him/her or kick or ban the member or just demote him/her or not.
