Congratulations to my amazing students!!
~Liam for tying for fourth place out of 43 people in the St. Louis Chess Club tournament this weekend and winning some money in the process
~Yash for defeating an opponent rated 700 points higher than him and reaching a new rating high! He also won some money in the process
~James who defeated an opponent rated 200 points higher than him and reached a new rating high, while also winning some money!
~Alvin who had a good tournament and reached a new rating high
~Sudeep who did great in a quick-rated tournament on Saturday night, drew against a Missouri High School champion and tied for first in his section! He also won some money!!
