Congratulations to my amazing students for great perfromances this weekend in Chicago!
~Sudeep Vadderaju who drew against three people rated above 2100!!
~Sujay Sureshkumar who defeated two higher-rated opponents and reached a new rating high of 1704!!
~Abhinav Rao who played against higher-rated opponents in every round, got two wins and a draw, and raised his rating to a new high of 1623!!
~Adi Ganesh who finished with a positive score and only lost one game
~Additional congratulations to Aryan Bezawada who reached a new rating high of 1068 at the Thursday tournament hosted by the Chess Cardinals Club
