Congratulations for September 19

Congratulations to my amazing students!
~Avyukt Gupta who had an an incredible tournament last Thursday, hosted by the Chess Cardinals Club. He won all of his games and defeated an opponent rated 300+ higher than him!! He gained 100+ rating points and is now rated 1192!!
~Evan Jin who had a great ladder event on Saturday and reached a new rating high of 1522!!
~Sparsh Panja who also had a great ladder event, defeating one much higher-rated opponent and drawing another! He raised his rating to 1450!!
~Adi Ganesh who won his quad in the Friday Night tournament, winning all of his games and winning some money in the process! He followed that by an excellent performance on Saturday where he defeated a much higher-rated opponent
