EL2011: Cutoff pre-announcement

We're now close to cutoff for EL2011 and this season!
Here's a current - but still preliminary - summary for each division.

Summary:Congratulation to Team Russia - the winner of EL2011! Team Russia is followed by Team Germany (#2) and Team Romania (#3). Team Sweden are in favour, but Team Turkey still are able getting closer. We say goodbye to Team Slovakia and Team Italia from Division 1, and wish them good luck in Division 2 for next season (EL2012).

They are followed by Team Greece (#3) and Chess Team Holland (#4), which still are fighting about to be the #3 and being promoted to Division 2. Team Greece is in favour, but Chess Team Holland is still able getting closer. Team Lithuania is agressively hunting Team Austria, but will hardly make it. We definiviely saying goodbye to Team Cyprus from Division 3, and wish them better luck in Division 4 for next season. Team Belarus and Team Denmark have to qualify for staying in Division 3 for next season (more about that below).

Summary: We congratulate BULGARIA, Team Azerbaijan, Hungarian Chess Group, and Team France that will be promoted to Division 3 for next season. If any these teams do not want to play within Division 3 for next season, they have to inform us about that by the latest on Sunday 8th of January 2012.
As earlier mentioned, team Lithuania still hunting Team Austria in Division 3. If Team Lithuania success to passing Team Austria, would it be Team Austria instead that had to qualifying for play in Division 3 for next season. Team Austria have 3972 points and would not make it.
CUTOFF
=======
Cutoff for this season will be made during tomorrow (2011-12-31).
A final update of all results and standings will be made. Only certain changes that will be made due to input from you or besides. I will mainly keep focusing on any changes that may could affect the final standings.
NEXT SEASON - EL2012
=====================
Next season preliminary starts on Monday 9th of January 2011.
