The test is set up for a thriller.

India's second innings have concluded about the way a lot of us suspected. Good start from the top order then a massive collapse. India's tail order batting doesn't match up at all compared to England's tail and will likely be a leading problem for India this series.

Their top-middle order batting of Rahul, Jaiswal, Sadharsan, Gill and Pant have already seen 4 of them score centuries (Pant twice as well) and the one man that didn't Sadharsan is a 23yr old on debut trying to fill in the number 3 spot after multiple legendary players retirements.

It was good in my eyes to see English spinner Shoaib Bashir rewarded with two wickets this innings as he was class in the first but the stats won't back that up.

Brydon Carse and Josh Tongue being the top of the English bowlers with 3 wickets each the latter picking up 7 for the match. The 5 wickets for just 31 runs was the collapse of the Indian innings and going foreword in this series if England can get the Indian batters out early they would be a massive chance of winning a couple test matches.

We go into day 5 with the difference being 350 for England to win and 10 wickets for India to win. In my opinion at the moment I believe England will have a 65% chance of winning and India 35%. At this point in time I don't believe the match will be drawn unless England collapse early and then bat the day out, blocking their way to a draw.
