Ladder Tournament

Another cancellation but we've had ten people looking to sign up for the ladder within a night. More details will be published later in the week, but three important facts are:

1. Its not run on a particular site (though chess.com would be nice to see the games).

2. Its not run on a specific night or time.

3. Its only one game per week maximum.
