Match reissue

Sorry guys, but the previous match was canceled by the opposing team due to our clear rating advantage on all boards.  To circumvent this issue, I have put a 1700 rating floor to allow a more competitive match that has a less likely chance to be canceled.  Anyone who joined the previous match please join the new match when it has been accepted.
