NEW: Play And Learn With Coach

Hello Beta members! We're very excited to announce brand a new feature on Chess.com: Play Coach!

Coach has been a big part of Game Review and other parts of Chess.com for awhile, but now we are excited to announce a major new feature starring Coach! Check out "Play Coach" in our Play menu on web. Play Coach is also rolling out on Android in the coming weeks and will be coming soon to iOS.

Unlike current bots, Coach can teach you as you play. Every move you'll receive friendly, helpful tips and real-time coaching to help you navigate the game and learn and improve. Our mission is to build the best virtual chess coach in the world!

• Move-by-move guidance – Get helpful commentary and tips every move.
• On-demand hints – Request written hints whenever you need them.
• Adaptive coaching – Coach adjusts to your skill level and progress.
• Unlimited undos – Experiment and learn without pressure.

Coach is capable of identifying and explaining a large variety of tactics and positional factors, including pins, forks, king safety, doubled pawns, weak squares, and much more.
