New Weekend Speed Vote League

Hi everyone,

This team has entered the Weekend Speed Vote League.  We will be playing one game of Vote Chess at 10-minutes per turn every weekend.

The games may be played on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday depending on what each of the two administrators agree upon each week.  The games may start early in the morning, the middle of the day, or late at night depending on what time zone you're in.  At 10-mins/turn, each team will make 3 moves per hour.  This means that an average game (21-30 moves) will last 7-10 hours.  If you have any preference as to day and/or time, please let me know as soon as possible.

The first games will be played next weekend (June 26-28).  The final schedule of who will be playing who, and on which weekend, will be posted no later than Monday June 22 when all of the teams are finalized.

Speed Vote Chess is a very intense and exciting experience.  I hope that many of you will be participating in this very enjoyable endevor.  If you would like to follow along, offer any comments/suggestions, or ask any questions, you are welcome to join the WSVL Headquarters where you can find all of the rules and details.
