Match Team St.Petersburg - Team Singapore has been sheduled for the 1st round of WCL Div1 second phase. It is already open. There is no need to create extra match between the same teams.
It is high time to start preparation for matches Minsk - Team Queretaro and Team Bristol - Team Toulouse Occitanie, which are also scheduled for WCC

PS. The match Team Bristol - Team Berlin http://www.chess.com/groups/team_match?id=530684 is already open and will start on the 30th of May, however, as it is the only match in the WCL Div1 Second phase - bottom that can be suitable for our competition, I suggest that it will count for the Third round of Open Cities Swiss Competition.
