The Knockouts - Power Rankings & Predictions
Hello there! First off, congrats to everyone who qualified for the Season 2 Knockouts! I haven't said this yet since I've been busy - I wasn't even able to post the results last week - but everyone did a great job in The Qualifiers. Looking forward to seeing how The Knockouts play out!
Second... y'all need to have some dang patience. We, the judges, are volunteers who run this thing. We don't have to. We do our best to run this competition and keep it on schedule - and guess what, we've never been late. Have some patience. Don't nag us to get results posted - especially when we aren't late. We're doing this on our own time when we do have time. We don't need a bunch of 12-year-olds harassing us about the results. Let us do our job on our time in peace and we will. Again, we haven't been late yet. Patience would be appreciated, thanks.
Okayyy that's that. So now, what we're here for. The Power Rankings. Each of the 5 judges has ranked the remaining 16 bloggers, we each have our own set of rankings. I added up each blogger's rankings, and put them in order. The results can be seen below... here are the Sweet 16 Power Rankings!

Pretty solid, if I do say so myself. If you're even on this list, you should be proud, you made it this far. That's pretty cool. You may be low on the list... but you're on the list. That's the important thing. And ultimately, it doesn't really matter where you are on the list. Anyway here could make a run and win this whole thing. Last season we had the #9 seed and #11 seed in the finals, after all. It'll be a lot of fun to see who can surprise us and make a run... good luck!
The Knockouts will begin on January 22nd and competitors will have 2 weeks to write, post, and submit a new blog for judging. For each knockout matchup, the judges will simply cast a vote for who they think posted the better blog, and whoever has more votes will advance. Pretty straightforward. 
Now, if you'd like to make an official prediction on how the Season 2 Knockouts will play out, go to https://challonge.com/blogchampss2 and you should be able to fill out a bracket. The judges will not fill out any brackets but everyone else is welcome to
