1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 Nf6

If white continues with 4.Ng5, we enter the Locock Gambit in the Nimzowitsch Variation of the Philidor Defense. White is aiming to sacrifice his knight to start a surprising attack and forces black at the same time to play carefully in order not to lose material.
