It's been an exciting month in the chess world as Ding Liren and Ian Nepomniachtchi vie for the World Chess Champion title. In game 7, Ding froze, showing us that even grandmasters can falter under pressure. Watch the clip here.

Caissa - the goddess of chess. Earliest published reference to Caissa was in a poem dated 1527, describing a game between Apollo and Mercury. The U.S. Chess Center: "Caissa smiles upon those who follow her principles and punishes those who do not." Garry Kasparov was known to mention Caissa on some of his 'lucky' wins: "Caissa was with me."
