Even though the ChessMeetNYC club is no longer active, the ChessMeet online community here on Chess.com will continue .

Of course I miss OTB events, but organizing physically is beyond my bandwidth right now as I build a new career.

Feel free to post, make suggestions, etc.

I might still schedule some online arena events just for practice and fun ( keep in mind Chess.com cancels the events if there are < 4 players) so don't commit to big schedule changes just to attend the events. Log in because you wanted to play online either way.
