Very Important - Please Vote

Here in the United States, today is election day.  Here's one more thing for everybody to vote on:

It has been proposed and seconded that the Annual Schedule for the Speed Vote Chess League run from February thru October of each year with November thru January being the "off season."  If adopted, this would move the start of Season 5 from November 2013 to February 2014, and limit all future "off seasons" to 3 months.

ARE YOU IN FAVOR OF THIS RESOLUTION?

Billium248 - Yes. 

I thought a lot of people were eager to get this season started, so I tried to push it thru as quickly as I could, but the schedule's been out for almost a month now, and I haven't seen any communication at all from most teams.  These extra 3 months of "pre-season" could also give a lot of the newer teams time to "get up to speed."  I'm just one vote tho.  I really need everyone's input here.  Please vote.  Thank you.
