aborting games should be eliminated

to the people who run this website

This ABORTING a chess match is not an OFFICIAL chess rule

the OFFICIAL RULE STATES ONCE A CHALLENGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED & WHITE HAS MADE THE OPENING MOVE  ''' THE MATCH '''' AT NO TIME  ''' CAN OR WILL BE ABORTED

you must make this clear to the chess players  that ONCE THEY ACCEPT A CHALLENGE

THEY EITHER  PLAY THE MATCH OR RESIGN..

why should the opposing player have to wait 24 hours to see the game aborted

this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. UNHEARD OF..

PLEASE REVISE THIS OUTRAGEOUS RULE
