The Encyclopedia of Chess Openings classifies openings by the codes A00 to E99. Though not much, it sure helps. Below I will list the main classification of openings. Its a bit long but pls enjoy
A00 = Uncommon Flank Openings (1. g4, 1. a3, 1. h3 etc.)
A01 = Nimzowitsch-Larsen Attack (1. b3)
A02-A03 = Bird's Opening (1. f4)
