Losing my Progress

Yesterday I was playing chess.com on my phone when I was on a total losing streak. I kept losing game after game after game. Suddenly, when I lost 1 game, my elo was deducted by 27, which was not normal. So, I played again, and I lost similar elo. In total, I lost over 150 elo that day. I have told chess.com support about this, and they should fix it up.

Today, I played on the computer and rescued my elo from 900 to 1000, which was immensely satisfying. Some people might think I'm sandbagging, but I am not! It was just a random chess.com glitch (which sucked). Chess.com should fix this immediately.
