"Unique" Game Experience

Today, I was playing with someone and it was a drawish position (it was just the opening stages of the game). The person used the chat to ask "draw?" Since I had no idea if this was actually a good idea, I said "idk". Distracted by chatting, I blundered my rook and he/she said "nvm" and started to destroy me. Luckily, I had some sort of a comeback and made it back just down a pawn.

During the endgame, I had a king and queen, and the person was up a pawn. However, he/she was running out of time so I checked him repeatedly with my queen until he ran out of time. He said in the chat "dirty". I don't know if this was bad sportsmanship when I decided not to trade queens and check him instead as I was only going to get a draw.
