Why Blunders Are Underrated

This is an nonsense article that I wrote tongue.png this whole thing is a joke don't treat it seriously

Blunders suck. No, they literally suck. They are the ABSOlUTE WORST form of move in chess.com, but they technically have some perks too. Today, we are going to see (only a few) perks and (a lot of) disadvantages of blunders (which I really hate).

DISADVANTAGES

->>>>>           +1000 Frustration credit                                                                                              It makes the player really sad (like me). To find out a person simply blundered a queen is sometimes just too much for some poor fragile soul (also like me). Sometimes, from my friend's experience, the opponent sends a kiss emoji and prolongs the suffering after my friend blundered tongue.png

->>>>>           Ruins Rating                                                                                                                   Ruined rating can make a person's first impression decrease (like the elo). Just imagine the horror when a person wants to friend you on chess.com while finding out your elo hahah [relatable] (laughing turns into crying, then slowly cries with depression)                                    Ruined rating can also make the person feel dumb, useless, depressed (see first example) and also poses immeasurable physical and mental health risks wink.png

->>>>>           Disapproves people from playing chess                                                                     If you're a sore loser (like me), it's easy to stop playing chess after blundering like 10 times in a normal rapid game. It depends on the person, so...

Let's move on to the advantages ._.

ADVANTAGES

->>>>>           +1000 Laugh Credit                                                                                                      Blunders give something for a person to laugh at. While playing chess, blunders can make a person feel "cheerful" (ahhahahah) because of the blunders [citation needed]. It can also give friends a good thing to laugh at (also disadvantage XD)

->>>>>           +100000 Willingness to Play Chess                                                                            Inspires person to play better (This doesn't happen to me so imma skip it)

->>>>>           Promotes Chess Meme Culture                                                                                  Without blunders, mistakes or even inaccuracies, the chess meme culture on the internet wouldn't exist. we wouldn't even see any "baka mitai" song memes on youtube anymore. This could in fact boost chess recognition (but basically anything could do that) tongue.png

This concludes my sad little article happy.png If you feel the same, comment below XD (oof I sound like those obnoxious Youtubers online tongue.png)
