Fischer Random Championship: Semifinals coming up

The semifinals begin Sunday, October the 6 where Ian Nepomniachtchi, Wesley So and Fabiano Caruana are gonna join Magnus Carleson for a semifinal with a series of time controls and fight for the Fischer Random world champion title! 

The opening ceremony is gonna be on 26 October in Norway, Oslo. The semifinalists will meet over the board in Norway at the end of October. Day 1 of the semifinals is gonna be a day after the opening ceremony (27 Oct).

After day 1 of the semifinals, they need to fight two days more. After that, there will only be three who are gonna be going to the finals but before that the get one rest day (30 Oct).

Then the finals start on 31 October. Day 2 of the finals is on 1 November the 1 and day 3 on Nov 2. The winner will be crowned on November 2.
