The Knight , Bishop and Rook is a type of checkmate you can do when your opponent is an winning position, and too busy attacking rather than defending (he may have queens)

1. Move your knight in front of the king to block the two squares adjacent to the king (have it protected by a pawn)

2. Move in your rook to block the 7th rank for the king.

3. Bring the bishop and deliver checkmate
