Complain to the management

If I have the right to submit my complain, I am submitting it to the management of Chess.com.  Please examine players who are rude and warn them.  It's not good to degrade other people when playing.  I don't usually turn off chat because I want to have friends from other parts of the globe with some meaningful conversations.  I want to know people with values that inspire the lives of others.
