Greetings and thanks for visiting my blog!happy

I hope everyone is doing great and enjoying this fantastic royal game. Today, I'd like to share "The Game of the Century," a well-known game which was played between Donald Byrne and the future World Champion Bobby Fischer. in the Rosenwald Memorial Tournament at the Marshall Chess Club in New York City on October 17, 1956.

What will you learn from this game?

1 .You'll learn how a top player can exploit an opponent who neglects the opening principles. "Never move the same piece twice" is one of the Openings Principles.

2. You'll learn the importance of calculation training, because the concept that Fischer found was not simple. One can only find it with serious training.

3. You'll learn why it's crucial to understand the basic tactical patterns. Because once our basic patterns are clear, we can spot them more quickly in complex positions.

4. You'll learn the importance of e-file during an attack against an Un-castled King. Fischer's whole concept worked due to the exposed king on the e-file.

Let's begin with the test positions!

Test-1: It's black to move. Find the killer move which Fischer found!

Test-2: It's black to move. A simple position. White just played Bxe7. How can black take advantage of this mistake?

Test-3: White just played Bc4. How will you continue now?

Test-4: Find the killer move which Fischer played here.

Test-5: How will you continue now?

Test-6: Figure out the mating net here.
