Chess.com Problems

Hi. I have often wondered that how hard it must be to run a worldwide app of chess with many Titled players. I mean all the stress 😩.  That's why they have so many glitches like achievement bugs, transaction bugs, etc. I mean with only 400 employees it is really hard. So my heartfelt gratitude to the employees of Chess.com. The bugs are a huge issue though. My rating went from 946 to 880 because of glitches. But the comes the fair play policy. Well I know many accounts who have violated that. Still this is a fabulous site and let us put our hands together for such a pleasurable experience given to us
