How to Make A Successful Club
This is a guide to having a club on Chess.com. If you own a club or want to own a club, this is for you.
The Start:
First things first, you need a club. In order to do so, you need to have a membership. Now that that's settled, let's begin. Choose a name for your club that is unique and creative. Next, make a bio for your club. According to @TomiET, the owner of a good number of chess.com clubs, the bio should be "original and not "welcome to our club". You should be original!" Also @hiryanli the owner of King of 64 says to put your "future plans and goals and future activities to keep people entertained." Now make your logo. Come up with a logo that is simple and unique. Some examples of a good logo would be:

Gaining Members:
Now that you have created your club, start inviting your friends. Make your most trustworthy friends admins, or coordinators, or even an sa. Be careful of who you make an admin. According to @TomiET, " Manage who are the SAs, admins and coords in your club! Don't have way too many admins and coordinators! Same with super admins! Clean up the unnecessary admins often!" See if your staff can help you invite members to your club.
Making the Club Active:
Try to get members who enjoy talking to people and like being in clubs. Also, try to compete in multi club matches. @hiryanli says to "let your inner excitement guide you". Come up with fun things to do for your club. @TomiET says to
- Have a good warming and welcoming community inside your club.
- Make from time to time off-topics or things unrelated to chess.
- Make vote chess, daily and live matches often!
- Make partnerships with other clubs.
- Make interesting, funny, and original forums!
- Have a single forum ONLY for spams, where people can spam as much as they want, as long as it stays in that single forum!
Well, the rest is up to how you want to make your club. I can't help you with that, so I will leave you here and well, Good Luck!
