Update On The Cheaters/Rating Manipulators!

Second of all many thanks to Erik for helping throughout this process. All the accounts which were involved are now closed.

Lastly I noticed that before the cheater/rating manipulator's account got closed he started purposely losing games to another account. Thankfully that account also got closed.
