About me as a chess player
Sup everyone!
You know that I post blogs about something else? Well...let's change this blog. I want to share everything about me as a chess player.
Map of India
I was born in Uttar Pradesh(State of India), India. Just 2 months after my Grandfather died. 4 months later, my dad moved to the U.S. to get a job and explore. Then, my dad invited me and my mom to the U.S. because he got a job. I was still a baby at 6 months (I think).
My very first chessboard, my dad got for me
4 years later, when I was almost 5 years old. My dad taught me how to play chess. He was a chess prodigy. I was still a bit confused, but I still knew how to talk (Remember, I was a toddler). Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, and then I knew how to play chess. I was a 6-year-old chess prodigy; my dad beat me, but it doesn't matter. I kept on practicing, practicing, and practicing. Until, when I was 9, I beat my dad at chess. I was so happy and humble.
I want to say thank you to my dad for supporting me throughout my lifetime, and my mom also, even though today is Father's day! Dad is a whole loving person figure.
Happy Father's Day to all dads!
