Playing chess online decreases the capability to calculate OTB?(My thoughts)

In first paragraph I wrote about my journey so that you can come to know how I came to online chess.

Hi I know that u will feel weird in taking advice from a 900 elo player but trust me it will be worth it. I played a lot of OTB games in 2019 and in 2020 but when lockdown came, there was no one to play with me and I didn't knew about online chess as I was just 10 years(Now I am 14) old at that time and I didn't use laptop or phone. One day I saw a video about Magnus Carlsen and I thought I should continue the journey I left. I searched how to play chess online and I found out about chess.com. I thought I play good but after losing many games I came to 400 elo(Lol).

Let's come to main topic now 

Playing Chess Online vs One the board

I have played more than 1600 games(As of May,2023) and I joined chess.com in July,2022. So the number of games I have played is a lot. When I started playing OTB, I was having difficulty in calculating OTB because it is easy to calculate online as we can draw arrows, we can speak loudly about our thoughts as your opponent is not in front of you but in OTB the opponent is sitting exactly in front of you. So you have to keep your thoughts in your head.

Calculating Capability decrease?

As I mentioned earlier It is very difficult to See those arrows OTB. 
 

How to Improve it again?

Join a local club near you and play games or tournaments there. Find people to play chess with you, maybe you can teach your siblings how to play chess and teach them about checkmate patterns and about opening. You should continue your OTB with online chess.

 Bonus : You don't have people to play with and you don't want to join clubs?

The same situation was with me then I took advice from a chess.com's discord server's mod R_Doofus . If you also want good advices(related to chess) you can also join CC's official server .
The Advice : He told me to play classical chess(30 minutes or more) on Chess.com and copy down the moves On the board. I followed his instruction and Played a game like that

This is the first game in which I played like that and It modified my opinion.
My final opinion is 
"Playing chess online decreases the capability to calculate over the board but not that much you can still play OTB, it just takes more time than usual to calculate over the board because you have played a lot of games online."
