Weekly tournament blog#21 (Over the board)

Hi! Today I'll be walking through my 4 games at Duke.

I'm not using my notation, so I'll explain. I played e4, and we did an intense middlegame. He won many pawns, leading to promotion, and I had to resign. I took a short break and walked around outside. 

In my second game, I put up, a good fight, winning pawns. But, after we traded rooks, my opponent had a 3-pawn advantage. So, after running around with my king a little more, I lost.

In game 3, I lost a piece in the middle game and went on to lose. But my opponent kept dodging my tactics. So, I had no option but to resign.

I was doing good in game 4, and I would win. But I suddenly lost my queen, and that led to a 4th loss. 

I was sad to lose 4 games, but I got experience.
