Magnus Carlsen: the King of Chess

Someone believes that becoming an Intermediate player in just a week seems impossible and during a game, people who have less than 1800 ELO points usually blunder their pieces, especially the queen in Beginner levels. Unfortunately, I don’t have much time to play chess but studying is more important so I prefer to finish all my homework first and then play 2/3 games.

Anyway, our topic is gonna be Magnus Carlsen. On 9th September 2023, my first day on Chess.com, my performance was just like now: I’ve never been improving since then and every time I watch Magnus Carlsen’s games I try to use his tricks against my opponents but that usually doesn’t work but maybe because I’m a pessimistic person after every lost game so then I don’t even want to analize my mistakes.

I know what you’re thinking: “Come on dude, one year isn’t that much: we have joined way before you!”. I don’t agree: some of my opponents have joined later and they are better than me but I know that’s the opposite. The ones that have beaten me have to know that’s not thanks to theirselves but thanks to my character weaknesses. This is probably the only problem I have and without it, I would be at least a 1800 rated player.

Magnus Carlsen didn’t have this tipe of problem when she was young and he has never had it during his youth. That’s the main reason of why he became immediately the King of Chess. Of course, I don’t want to be like him but to have at least 2000 ELO points but I don’t think I deserve them because of my underconfidence.

Let me know what you think about it. See you next week🦊
