SAY NO TO WARS

Today we have went through many wars. During war many innocent people loose their lives and many people loose their loved ones.  War is a bloodshed . I will tell you another story of a 'EMPEROR WHO GAVE UP WAR'. Can anyone out you give the name of who I am going to talk. Those who thought it is emperor Ashoka yes it's him. He was a fierce warrior who went on to conquer the world. When he saw the bloodshed of the Kallinga war he was very sad. From that that he was against war. And became a great devotee of Buddha. He spreaded dhamma the Prakrit ( language used by ordinary people) word for dharma. Even great conquers said no to war now it is our turn.
