What Is Worse Bullet٫ Rapid Or Blitz

Tell me in the comment section! But here is my opinion for me it is rapid so here's why not many people play rapid like you have all the game waiting for other person to play when it 30 minute game the opponent now has why more time to think and in 700-100 elo sometimes they premove and blunder like a rook or a queen or even checkmate!? So... yeah what is your opinion?
