My best combination ever

The following position dates again from the early 1980's. I was a clubplayer then. I played board 1. My style is more positional and I rarely have a nice combiation on the board. But the following one is the exception to the rule. 

The position is the result of the Pillsbury line of the Queens Gambid declined.
