Is bullet is actually good for chess skills

While blitz and rapid games have sufficient time bullet games don't have much time hence one makes bad moves which will not increase chess skill. But if we see many gms of top level playing bullet with great accuracies .so from my point bullet is not perfectly bad rather it is just for fun and speed .
