Charybdis — THE SECOND ATOMIC VARIANT!

It’s here. Finally, another variant containing the Atomic gamerule has arrived! This is important because variants using Atomic are notoriously difficult to create, so much so that only 2 variants with Atomic exist on the server currently. 

This variant is called Charybdis, named after the Greek mythological monster known for swallowing whatever it feels like. You might also notice a pattern in the bricks — yes, that’s Charybdis. Don’t disturb it, or it’ll eat all your pieces. 

Anyways, this variant involves blowing up whatever comes near you. This is actually easier, because the dead Green pieces explode similarly to normal pieces — meaning that here, you can capture a dead piece and explode basically whatever is around it. Note that the dead Green pieces are all pawns, so only one dead piece can explode at a time. This is a key element of the game; don’t forget it!
