Shared Space anyone?

Alright, Gambit here. I was thinking, and I've also seen some American TV shows, and I got an idea for a TV show. If anyone has any contact with someone I could talk to about this, let me know.

Logline:

When a disastrous plumbing emergency floods her new Los Angeles (more specifically Hollywood) apartment, a meticulously organized young woman's fresh start is hilariously upended as she's forced to temporarily cohabitate with her eccentric bachelor neighbor and his wildly unpredictable best friend. And when weeks staying there turns into months, she grows closer to the two. 

Synopsis:

"Shared Space" follows Sydney, a sharp and slightly sarcastic young woman hoping for a fresh start in the chaotic sprawl of Los Angeles. Her dreams of independent living are literally washed away when a catastrophic plumbing explosion turns her new apartment into an indoor pond on her very first day. With nowhere else to go and her landlord unreachable, Sydney is forced to accept the unlikely hospitality of Bryson, the earnest but slightly neurotic film producer across the hall, and his wildly eccentric, free-spirited best friend, Alex, who seems to live by a different set of rules entirely.

Suddenly, Sydney's meticulously planned life is thrown into comedic disarray as she navigates Bryson's endearing quirks and Alex's unpredictable antics. From questionable breakfast habits to a perpetually open bathroom door, the apartment becomes a hilarious battleground of personalities, routines, and sanity. As the days stretch into weeks, the initial awkwardness and comedic clashes slowly give way to an unexpected, unconventional bond, proving that sometimes, the best connections are found in the most chaotic and shared of spaces.

Core Cast:

Bryson: A cool, smart, suave guy who grew up as a spoiled, rich son of a film executive. If you didn't know him, you wouldn't think he's rich. He's very kind.

Sydney: A messy, broke, but chraming young lady who is a screenplay writer. Rolls her eyes at Bryson, but secretly loves his drive.

Recurring Characters:

Milo: Their nosy, yet silly neighbor who lives across the hall.

Jules: Sydney's best friend who thinks everything is a sign their ment to be together. She loves details about Syd's feelings for him

Alex: Bryson's best friend who is 10% cool and 90% Destructive like Steve Urkel. Thinks he's cool. Not really.

There will be other reoccurring characters, like maybe Micheal Jordon is Alex's friend, Travis Scott lives upstairs, idk.
