Which word to use?Inexperiance or fail?

I was talking to ramujan or something like that on my last blog post and he said that the girl i versed was inexperianced.But she was in the 2nd best team in her school!So she mustn't be inexperianced, i've versed her before.Comment on which one is better to use.Inexperiance or Fail?
