Hello everyone welcome to my blog, Today I am going to talk about Chess Notation.
A lot of people wonder if Chess Notation is worth writing on paper when it comes to playing Chess in person and the answer to that question is,"Yes'.
Well as just an Intermediate at playing chess I will give you 4 short reasons why you should write Chess Notation down on paper...
ONE
1. It Builds Character. Character is what everyone Player needs when it comes down to playing Chess, every player needs character! While playing Chess and jotting down notation can be very hard to do, every note is worth it.

2. You Can Save Games Played In Person. How many times have you played a really good game of chess in person and you say to yourself, "Man I wish I could show off that game, if only I could remember the moves". That my friend is where Chess Notation comes in...
By writing down Chess Notation, you can go back to the very good game you played and analyze it!

3. Your More Mind Set On The Game. When you write down the moves you make, you realize more of what's going on. Realizing more of what's going on in a game of chess is very important, by using Chess Notation you get more out of the games you played offline, than games you have played online.

4. You Can Set Goals. With the wonderful language of Chess you can look back at the games you have played and set goals to improve your game-play, with analysis. Don't every take Chess Notation for grant it.
