Dutch Defense Dominance

Today was my third match of the season and I had to play a tough opponent in a nice sports centre near my home town. I analysed the match with him afterwards and it was then that I fully understood how experienced he is. I decided to start a blog about my rated club games that I play in my home town, where I also share my thoughts and feelings during the game. Feel free to comment on my game or anything else you find interesting.

I started with d4 and my opponent answered with the dutch defense. It was in this position after move 19 where he played 19...c5 and offered me a draw which I accepted due to his space advantage. When I analysed the game with the engine at home the machine gives a winning line for Black. As this was a quick draw my only task for you today is to find the right plan in the final position. How would you try to make progress with Black in this position? It is a typical plan for the dutch defense. You will find the answer at the end of my annotated game.

I am quite happy with this draw against a strong opponent. I understand the engines plan to go for a kingside pawn storm, but if I were Black Im not sure I would have the nerve to do that in a classic rated game, leaving my own king unprotected. Do you also play the Dutch Defence? What do you think of the game and my opponent's decision to offer a draw?
