Frankenstein-Dracula Variation!?

Seriously, who makes these chess opening/variation names!?

Out of all the different words there are, you choose Frankenstein-Dracula!? This is a chess opening! Whoever made these names, they have a lot of wacky creativity. I mean, some chess opening/variation names are like Italian, Spanish, Steinitz, Alekhine, etc. And here you have:

-Frankenstein-Dracula Variation

-Monkey's Bum Gambit

-The Toilet Variation

-etc.

I'm pretty sure chess has nothing to do with toilets, monkey bums, or monsters... (or am I wrong...?)
