Stupid Bug

So I just lost this game (because I don’t play much chess anymore) and I wanted to see what I did wrong but when I clicked on review it just stayed at 1 percent and didn’t load. I refreshed multiple times and I closed out and went back in and it still didn’t work. Can anyone help?
