I'm usually not very adept at the opening, but I won today using the Scotch. It is a very seldom used opening and the game developed quickly on the queen side. I sacrificed my light bishop and soon had my opponent down to one defending pawn after his castle. A few moves later I had the king trapped with my queen and off-side rook.
